Help Save the Meet and Greets.
I was talking with Pat last night and he mentioned that this will be the final year of Meet and Greets. He mentioned that management thinks they are becoming a hassle combined with the negative comments made during the first two weeks of the tour. He said that they loved doing them and seemed to indicate they he might "fight to get them back". Well folks, here is your opportunity to chime in with POSITIVE thoughts about the Meet and Greets. Use this page to state why you love the Meet and Greets and why they should be re-instated. PLEASE, only POSITIVE comments on this page !!!
Dear Pat, Jimmy and Scott: you know we all love you and what you do, not only for the fans, but for the community with your wonderful charity work. Please, I beg of you, do not end the Meet and Greets. They are what Train is all about. Those negative comments posted a few weeks back had nothing to do with the three of you. The anger was directed at Artists Arena for giving incorrect information on what to expect. Fans, (like us), would give anything for those precious few minutes spent with you guys. Please re-consider your feelings and let management know that the M & G's are still important and an indispensable part of the Train experience.
Well, I've said my bit, now it's up to all fans out there. Let's make the Meet & Greets continue; everyone post your positive comments!

please continue to do meet and greets. you guys are amazing and the only band that ive ever known to do this... it makes you unique and special and im coming to see you at wolverhampton uk in feb and hope i can meet you then.... fingers crossed x

I too look forward to the Meet & Greets with the band. I agree they are very short and sweet, and really are just a photo opp now - but I would still pay for that moment to see our guys in the flesh, and touch them - even for a half a minute. Have you noticed the pictures? They ALL smile like your the only one there to get a photo done with them. Thats remarkable. When I saw them last summer, Scott said, "Wow, its like a reunion here tonight!" That tells me that this time with their fans is important.
PLEASE SAVE THE M&G'S!!!!! Ill have to start a petition on change.org. lol!!!

As the summer tour dates are being announced tomorrow, let's keep our fingers crossed that someone from management has read these posts and will keep the Meet and greets.

With my luck I'll probably never get to see my favorite group in person,but for the sake of all the other real fans I hope you all keep the meet and greets.I don't see why the ones who posted the negative remarks even bother coming to your web page or concerts if they're not true fans that love Trains music.I really love the music and probably always will.Love to you guys.Linda

Well folks, looks like our hard work has paid off and the Meet and Greets are on again. I hope the folks from Train read these posts and listened to the fans. Now if they would only let you get something signed that you brought, instead of that rather dull pre-signed poster. Oh well, beggers can't be choosers. Enjoy the Meet and Greets everyone.

Anybody know if gold VIP meet & greet are going to be available for the 8/11/13 San Francisco show? Never got any emails and the mermaid code does not seem to work for that....
