So I'm going with my much better half to see Train for the second time in Manchester on May 6th. I'm making a concerted effort to learn as many songs as possible - the first time round I wasn't that big on the band but they really blew me away. I'm trawling my way through the back catalogue and wondering what songs they'll play in addition to the new ones.
So far I'm thinking:
Drops of Jupiter
She's On Fire
Hey Soul Sister
When I Look To The Sky (hoping Pat sings the opening without a mike again, as it was AMAZING)
...are pretty likely to be played. But what about Save Me San Francisco, Marry Me, Words or If It's Love? Or is there any others I've missed?
And is there any songs on Cali 37 that won't be played? I REALLY like Bruises but as it's a duet and Matt Nathanson is the support I'm thinking there's unlikely to be a female singer hanging around just for one song. You Can Finally Meet My Mom is the weakest song for me on the album so it's the one I'm less bothered about, but are When The Fog Rolls In and We Were Made For This too slow for a live gig?
