There is a clip of All I Ever Wanted on PBS' website and it lists it in the original running order of the show. My guess is that this so called "promotional" dvd is really a bootleg and someone just DVD recorded it from the broadcast....and something happened to the recording process during this song.
I emailed the seller that i bought mine from...probably the same one....and told them to amend their listing and remove the song from it.
