Teela, the highest price is the Gold Ticket package and it does include a ticket, a meet and greet, a signed poster and a VIP laminate. For this concert, it would be $210.75.
When you go to ticket options on the event page, just uncheck the Regular Ticket and Silver Ticket option and just leave the Gold Ticket package checked.

Thanks for informing me! My mom ordered the tickets before we could find out anything. But we finally saw it on Ticketmaster. Now we're trying to see for either an upgrade or selling the tickets we've already purchased. But either way, I'm going to meet Patrick Monahan on September 11th! Lol thanks for the help! :)
