Does anyone know what time they usually start the "meet and greets" at their concerts? I assume it is fairly early to allow everyone to move through before the opening act, just curious, 2 hours before showtime, 1 hour? Trying to plan my time of arrival at Red Rocks, but am going with a larger group who do not have M&G tickets.

Permalink Reply by Nancy Jimenez on April 26, 2012 at 1:35am I have done a Meet & Greet and it was done after the show. You get to meet them one on one and someone from promotions takes your picture. I took my camera and the promotions man took our picture. I believe my time allowed was around 10 minutes because they have to make time for all the ones who purchased a meet and greet.
Permalink Reply by Chris on April 26, 2012 at 1:45am Nancy, thank you for clueing me in, I was hoping that was how they worked it. Amazing how times change and the band keep sgetting bigger. Before they had meet and greets we always knew they would hang out after the show in the alley of the venue they played, so we waited and sure enough out they would come. Spent several memorable nights chatting it up with them and just 5 or 6 other people who waited around. I will miss those days, but glad to have the chance to say hello to them again. Thanks.

Permalink Reply by New England Guy on July 25, 2012 at 3:46pm Last year, the meet and greets took place before the show. You meet at a designated area at about 6:30 and then you are led to the room or area where the boys will be. Nancy mentioned that she spent 10 minutes with them, well. not any more. If you are lucky, you get about 3 minutes. You say hello, have them sign something for you, one of the road crew takes your camera and snaps a single picture of you with them and then you are escorted away. It's nice to do, but it happens so quick. A tad pricey for the minimal amount of time spent.
Permalink Reply by Christine Finerty Brazell on October 17, 2012 at 9:11pm How do you purchase a meet and greet? When I search this site, this thread comes up but I haven't seen an answer as to how. The are at a small venue in Milwaukee in December and I would love to meet them.

I don't know if I've ever seen them sold for the "one-off" shows they do. But I'm not 100% sure on that. Here's hoping they bring the Meet and Greets back next year.
