I heard train as the theme song on the reruns of "Touched by an Angel" they were playing Calling all angels.
Last week on The Voice, when Adam from Maroon 5 won a contestant he wanted, they played a Train song, sorry I forgot which one I am old..

I disabled my popup blocker and still could not get the catagory. I think I accidently voted for Maroon 5 , twice,, yikes Sorry Pat.

Permalink Reply by Patricia on November 12, 2012 at 2:31pm This really isn't a Train miracle but I live in NJ and made it through Hurricane Sandy unscathed except that we lost power for 9 days. Well my only source of entertainment during those 9 days was to listen to the battery powered radio. I began to loose count of how many times I heard "50 Ways to Say Goodbye" and "Drive By". Granted I love those songs and Train of course but after hearing them sometimes 3 times each everyday for 9 days they get a little old. However I will always relate "50 Ways to Say Goodbye" and "Drive By" with Hurricane Sandy. Now that things are slowly returning to normal and the power is back, I rarely hear those songs, except getting into the car this morning and "50 Ways to Say Goodbye" is on the radio...I'm beginning to think it's a really weird coincidence or some kind of sign :)
But there have been many times that I'm in a weird funk and I put on any Train song and my mood does a complete turn around...I don't know what it is but there is something about their music that does it every time!
Permalink Reply by Elizabeth Hudson on November 12, 2012 at 8:11pm I so sad to hear what happened to you, I was in an ice storm in Memphis once and was stuck inside w/ no power for almost a week. We could not get out because the streets down there are slow to be sanded or de-iced however they do it. The sounds of the trees snapping was like gunfire to cruiser missles. So my husband and i played cards, fooled around a lot. when the roads were opened we would "driveby" looking for fast food or a store. So best of luck to you.
TRAIN turned out to be what Pat's mom said "Someday you would change the world." When I am crabby at home, if my grown kids are there, they know to put Train on and I get better fast.
We are true Trainiacs. And thanks for sharing your story. Just think about all the people shut in with battery radios that are NOW Train fans!!
