Trying to figure out Pat's blog? Trying to think of some good advice for him but I feel like his music is where I go for advice and sanity or when I am feeling blue. I can't really recommend what helps me, haha, " hey Pat try listening to the last four songs of My Private Nation and all of For Me, It's You, a few times, works for me!"

Yeah, that one was pretty difficult for me to respond to as well. You're right how do you give advice to someone you usually go to for advice and inspiration. Except I would tell him how much he inspires others...but everyone is entitled to vent and sometimes we can't choose when that happens! I'm thinking the drinking even 1 day a year would be a very bad idea though especially for someone who's been sober so long! I would agree listening to some Train might work!
