Hmmm...today is the 4th....but you say tix go on sale today, the 5th.  Is it tomorrow or today?  I'll guess tomorrow, and that the info is a typo?  
Christine - I actually was thinking just yesterday about why they weren't adding a show to the western NY area - and here it is!  :)

Just noticed it was changed to tomorrow for sale dates, and not today...  This gives me more time to organize myself a little better..  :)

Still no solid information on when the SF tickets will so on sale - other than Spring 2013???

Is the venue on schedule to be completed by that time, I drive past it each day and it's still an empty lot?

Glad they are coming to Darien Lake but so wish the Script was coming with them.  I was looking forward to seeing them both at one venue!

I have to say, and I’m sure that I’m not the first one to speak up about this but….. the ticket buying process sucks – plain and simple! My wife is a HUGE HUGE fan, I worked in the industry before we met and she’s seen the pictures and all access passes that I have and it’s something that I've always wanted her to experience – everyone should have the special feeling up seeing the back stage, having them laminate, meeting the band….it makes a person feel special – and my wife is the most special person in my life. She’s stood at my side through a life threatening episode, say bedside in the ICU while I lay with tubes coming out of my body. She has always been my strength when I didn't think I had any more of my own.

I've tried to get her the best tickets for her favorite band of all time whenever you play in the area. With the lack of a San Francisco ticket date I purchased tickets for the Sacramento show, even that buying process was a mess. But the on sale date for the San Francisco show – you’re hit a new level of difficult and are now taking advantage of your fans.  

Please explain the reasoning behind this - The pre-sale was to start March 12 at 10:00AM

Gold Ticket Package will be available ($229.50 each) but doesn't return any tickets

Official Platinum Seats ($275 - $350 each) and lets you pick the Section – Row and Seats

However it does not offer the Meet & Greet with Train - Signed, Hatch Style Train Poster and VIP Laminate…even though you are spending $110 more for the ticket

My wife calls me in tears because she knows that time is running out before the seats will be gone. So I spend $340.00 each for tickets in the 4^th row - $680.00!! She couldn't be happier but today March 13 at 9:55 am I get an email “Enhance your concert going experience and attend the show as a VIP. Purchase the exclusive Train Gold Ticket Package”

You have got to be kidding me!!! Is this how you show your appreciation for your fans, by ripping them off? Please offer me up an explanation of why this was not available YESTERDAY
